Hello my name is Peter King.
As a qualified Facilitator, IT Trainer, Web Developer and Documentation Specialist, I have been involved in assisting people reaching their full potential since 1995 when I achieved my Associate Diploma in Human Resource Development through the University of South Australia. I have gained and excellent understanding of adult learning. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Arts, Digital Design through the Curtin University.
Mental Health
In December 2019 I attended the Standard Mental Health First Aider course conducted by Mental Health First Aid Australia. This 12 hour course provided me the skills for providing initial help to a person who are developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
This has lead me to look further into Mental Health. I am not expert in Mental Health but would like to help build discussion about how Mental Health affects us all.
